Shipping policy

This is a physical product. Products will be shipped within 5-7 days. 

We use USPS and UPS for all U.S. shipments.
We charge a flat rate for U.S. shipping that is added at checkout.
All prices are in US dollars.

How much does shipping cost?
For U.S. customers, shipping prices are priced at a flat rate depending on the item purchased.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic’s effect on transportation availability, some USPS & UPS services will experience delays. 

Once an order has been placed we will not be able to edit the order including any shipping addresses or method of shipping. Buyer must review order prior to confirming the purchase.

We are NOT responsible for packages stolen from doorsteps.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the estimated shipping time. Shipping carriers may have delays, Courageous Healing Collective does not take responsibility for late deliveries and will not issue a shipping refund. Please contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery time issues.

There is no warranty on any of our products. How long our flashcards will last differs from person to person and greatly depend on usage and care.
